Intex Launches Aqua Ace With 3 GB RAM And 4G Support At Rs 12,999

The smartphone also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on both front and back panels making it more protective.

 

While Intex recently launched its power bank dubbed the PB11K with 11,000 mAh capacity, the Indian smartphone company has come up with a 4G smartphone at Rs 12,999.

Dubbed as the Intex Aqua Ace, the smartphone is equipped with a 3 GB of RAM and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6735 processor.

The smartphone features a 5 inch Super AMOLED HD display which is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 making the screen scratch proof.

However, interestingly, the smartphone also comes with a similar Corning Gorilla Glass on the back panel which is expected to protect the smartphone even more.

The camera section of the smartphone is made up of a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front facing camera which can capture pretty decent selfies.

Also, the Intex Aqua Ace is equipped with a 2,300 mAh battery which is lower in terms of capacity than many smartphones that come under Rs 10,000 price point.

However, the company claims the battery to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby time.

The Intex Aqua Ace also comes with a 16 GB of storage which is said to be expandable via microSD card up to 128 GB.

Having said this, the smartphone would clearly by portrayed as a competitor against the popular Asus ZenFone 2 Laser which comes 3 GB of RAM and at Rs 13,999.
