OnePlus Power Bank Finally Launched In India

The power bank comes with 10,000 mAh capacity and at the price tag of Rs 1,399.

With smartphones taking over our lives, it looks like we are starting to depend more on power banks to keep our devices alive for many reasons.

Smartphones are seen to be used nowadays in almost every nook and corner from day to night. Many of us depend on our smartphones to even wake us up in the morning.

To match this trend of smartphones and power banks, OnePlus has recently launched a power bank in India which is exclusively available via Amazon, its online partner.

The power bank features 10,000 mAh capacity and will be available in Silk White and Sandstone Black colours to match with its popular OnePlus One smartphone.

Coming with a price tag of Rs 1,399, the power bank comes with two USB ports for simultaneous charging and takes nearly around 5.5 hours to charge itself.

The Power Bank sports battery indicator LEDs while also offering safety features to prevent overcharging and overheating. The box includes the OnePlus Power Bank and a USB cable.

However, even though the power bank was announced long back in Dec 2014, the company took pretty much long time to finally make it available to public in India.

The OnePlus Power Bank is likely to compete against the likes of two power banks; Xiaomi's Mi 10,400 mAh Power Bank at a available price of Rs 999 and Asus ZenPower portable charger with 10,050 mAh capacity at slightly higher price tag of Rs 1,499.
