Alcatel Unveils Flash 2; To Go On Sales In India From Oct 20

The smartphone will be available exclusively on Flipkart in Grey and White colour options.

 

Alcatel has unveiled a new smartphone on Tuesday dubbed the Alcatel Flash 2 which is said to be launched first in Asian markets including India and later globally.

The smartphone is said to be sporting a 5 inch IPS display while it is being powered by a 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 MT6753 64 bit octa core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM.

The company is boasting about the 13 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and f/2.0 aperture that comes with the smartphone. The camera is being claimed by the company to capture pretty decent photographs even in the low-light conditions. Also, the camera section includes a selfie camera in the front which is of 5 MP capacity and gets a LED flash.

Speaking about other specifications of the Alcatel Flash 2, it comes with 16 GB internal memory and 3,000 mah Battery to make sure the phone survives for at least a day in medium - heavy usage.

The smartphone comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and a dual SIM card slot.

Speaking about the availability of the Alcatel Flash 2, the company has announced that it would be available exclusively on Flipkart. Also, the phone is expected to go on sale in India from Oct 20.

However, the price of the smartphone has not yet been officially announced by the smartphone.
