Micromax Canvas Gold A300 With Full HD Display Available For Pre-Order

While the phone is yet to be announced, an online retailer has already listed the handset on its website.

 

The newest member of the Micromax Canvas family, the Canvas Gold A300 is apparently up for pre-order, for price of Rs 24,000 on Infibeam. The handset sports an octa-core processor, runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat and comes with a 5.5 inch 1080p screen; all of which is sandwiched into that metal-clad, gold finished construction that should appeal to a lot Indian buyers.

Infibeam claims that the handset is not only up for pre-order, but also in stock which is strange because the handset has not even listed the phone on its own website yet. The retailer even promises free shipping in 5-6 days.

Inside the phone you will find a (MediaTek) 2GHz octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. 25GB is available for mass storage while, 1GB has been allotted for app installations. The phone includes a 16MP primary camera and also sports large 5MP snapper on the front for all those video calls and selfies.

Powering all this is a lowly 2300mAh battery which considering the handset's dual-SIM functionality will not last too long.

All-in-all Micromax seems to offer a pretty competitive package, even though we do not have complete details of the handset just yet.
