XOLO Launches Q600 With 4.5" Screen For Rs 9000

The Jelly Bean handset features a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and 5 megapixel camera.

XOLO has rolled out yet another budget quad-core Android phone. The latest entrant is called XOLO Q600. It features a 4.5” screen with pixel dimensions of 480x854. Similar to its older sibling, the Q700, this phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor (probably based on the MTK6589W-M chipset). For photography, there's a 5 megapixel camera. Apart from that, you get 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, dual-SIM functionality, and 2000 mAh battery. In terms of software, the Q600 comes with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).

Compared to the XOLO Q700, the new phone lacks an IPS screen. The 512 MB of RAM is also half of what you get on the Q700. Finally, the Q600 is priced at Rs 9000, but can be bought for around Rs 8700 via online stores.
