MTS "Always Talk" Unlimited Calling, For Prepaid Subscribers.

On availing the plan, customers would get 1000 minutes of free talk-time, to other operators as well.

MTS India that operates in only 9 telecom circles of India, has launched a new tariff plan called "Always Talk" for prepaid customers, under which subscribers can avail unlimited calls to other MTS numbers, by paying Rs 199. These calls between MTS numbers (or calls between any single cellular service provider, for that matter) are termed as on-net calls. The "Always Talk" tariff plan has a validity of 30 days, and offers 1,000 minutes of free calling to other operators as well.

It can be availed only by MTS prepaid customers, and is not applicable to postpaid subscribers. "Always Talk" is most useful between family members situated in various cities of India that are covered by the MTS network's telecom circles: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Kerala, Kolkata, West Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Delhi.

MTS, an offering of Sistema Shyam Teleservices, is currently better known for its CDMA services, than GSM. However, the company seems to be trying to get on to GSM, as it recently launched MTS Duet, a dual-SIM (CDMA+GSM) smartphone, that is priced at Rs 4,799.
