Last week, the iPhone 5 hit retail stores across US, Canada, UK, and Singapore. Within a couple of days of its availability, several amateur drop test videos of the smartphone made its way on to the web. Out of them all though, I found the test by Androidauthority.com most interesting, as the iPhone 5 was pitted against its arch rival, Samsung's GALAXY S III (GS3). If you are an Apple fan, then this test proves that the iPhone 5 is tougher than the GS3. Having said that, other tests suggest that the iPhone 5's rear is heavily prone to scratches. So if you enjoy watching expensive smartphones being tossed on hard surfaces just for fun, hit the play button.
