Android 4.0 Penta T-Pad IS709C With 7" Screen Available On For Rs 4000

Is probably the cheapest ICS tablet to have a capacitive multi-touch screen and 1 GHz CPU.

The market is full of budget tablets costing as little as Rs 4000. However, most of these slates come with a resistive screen, and we already know what a terrible user experience they offer. An exception seems to be the Penta T-Pad IS709C though, which is among the cheapest tablets to come with a multi-touch capacitive screen. Like most budget devices, it doesn't seem to have an official product page. However, according to's listing, the slate features Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box. Despite being dirt-cheap, it's powered by a 1 GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM. Here is the detailed list of features:
