LG has shared a new teaser for its upcoming G6 smartphone. ‘Reliability’ is the hook-word this time round and has a repetition of the word ‘Check’. The teaser says "resist more under pressure" which seemingly confirms water and dust proof capability of the LG G6. another teaser for the G6 flagship smartphone which promotes water and dust proof feature. The new teaser is part of the company's several teasers that have surfaced on the Internet in past few weeks promoting several features like integration of an AI assistant on the flagship, big screen and of course reliability.

When LG is saying “more reliable” it could mean LG is opting for stronger glass, like Gorilla Glass 5, offer a low-cost replacement program, like HTC, or follow Lenovo/Motorola’s path with a ‘shatterproof’ display.

The latest teaser says "witness the next-generation smartphone brought to you first by LG". Based on initial leaks and official teasers released by LG, the G6 flagship is widely expected to come with IP68 certification.

It seems LG is probably faintly targeting Samsung with the said features, and Note7 debacle, perhaps LG should make sure there will be no bootloops on this handset in a year's time. Bootloops have been a common problem with LG smartphones of the past few years.
