After several leaks, HTC has finally announced the Desire C. Going by the looks, it seems like a successor to the HTC Explorer. Despite being a budget smartphone, the handset runs Android 4.0 out of the box.

The Desire C is powered by a modest 600 MHz CPU, and has 512 MB of RAM. Its 3.5" screen has pixel dimensions of 480x320. Apart from that, it features a 5 MP camera, 4 GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 1230 mAh battery. Additionally, the phone will come with the Beats audio software enhancement....
