Apple Launches 21.5 inch Retina 4K iMac In India For Rs 1,23,900

The new iMacs will be available for purchase via Apple authorized re-sellers in India.

 

Tech giant Apple has recently launched its new 21.5 inch iMac at a price opf Rs 1,23,900.

While the price point seems to be too heavy considering the Indian users, the iMac comes with powerful features like 3.1 GHz quad core Intel Core i5 processor and 1 TB hard drive.

To recall, the standard 21.5 inch iMac comes with an 1.6 GHz dual core Intel Core i5 processor and 1 TB hard disk.

Along with this, another key feature of the new iMac is that, it comes with Retina 4K display with 9.4 million pixels which is claimed to be nearly 4.5 times more than the standard 21.5 iMac display in India.

Also, the new iMac comes with an 8 GB LPDDR3 RAM which can be upgraded up to 16 GB of RAM. Also, the 1 TB hard disk can be upgraded up to 2 TB and 3 TB options as per the users' requirements.

The new iMac runs on OS X El Capitan which was rolled out recently by the tech giant and come bundled with new Magic keyboard and Magic mouse 2.

Along with this, Apple has also brought in the non-Retina variant of the iMac with around 27 inch display screen and featuring 5K display with AMD Radeon R9 graphics cards.

The 27 inch iMac comes in three price models starting from Rs 1,48,900 to Rs 1,88,900.

Having said everything, the new iMacs are said to be available for purchase via select Apple authorized re-sellers in India.
