To recall, the Mi 4i when launched in April this year, users complained about the smartphone having just 16 GB internal storage and no microSD card slot in it.

We suggest you to constantly keep an eye on the company's official twitter handle as many offers are expected to come across during the whole week (July 22 - July 28) marking the company's birthday celebrations.

If you remember, Xiaomi was actually the first company which began flash sales on online shopping websites where phones were sold like hot cakes. We have even witness Flipkart crashing many times when customers thronged the website leaving behind many people disappointed when phones went out of stock. However, multiple sales were held by Xiaomi which kept its fans happy and excited.

During its first year, we can also recall that Xiaomi's smartphones were banned by Delhi High Court after a copyright issue which was later lifted. Yet, this didn't stop them. Ever since the company has landed on the Indian shores, India has become the biggest market for the company after its homeland China. It is also worth noting that 1 million units were sold in just five months of its arrival and this led many brands like Yu and Lenovo to follow the same flash sales model.

Additionally, we have been lately hearing that Xiaomi is also working on the plans to manufacture the handsets in the country.

Having this said, Xiaomi has been heading steadily with deep determination of dominating the Indian mobile market and its birthday celebration is just another supportive step throughout their journey in India.
