Lenovo A5000 Launched With Massive 4,000 mAh Battery

The huge battery is expected to deliver 35 hours of talk time and 33.5 days of standby time.

 

Lenovo has recently launched the A5000 in India which is now available for pre-order on Lenovo's TheDoStore with a price tag of Rs 9,999.

Available in black and white colour options, the smartphone is being said to be shipped on April 29.

Flaunting a 5 inch HD display with 1280x720 pixel resolution, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz Media Tek quad-core processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage space which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card slot.

Coming to the camera section, the Lenovo A5000 comes equipped with an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front facing camera.

The device runs on Android KitKat operating system. It comes backed with an enormous 4,000 mAh battery which is expected to provide up to 35 hours of talk time and 33.5 days of standby time.

Also, connectivity wise, it offers 3G support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Having said about the specs and price points, it can be clearly seen that the smartphone competes with Redmi 2, Honor 4X and Moto E (4G) with almost similar specs and prices.
