OPPO’s Mirror 3 Is A 64-Bit Mid-Ranger With Budget Hardware

Keeping the specs in mind, the device seems more of a budget handset.

OPPO has been on a launch spree lately. It recently announced the N3 and then the R1C and now we hear of another smartphone, tagged as the OPPO Mirror. While the name clearly refers to the selfie camera, it somehow does not fit in as this one seems come with some pretty average specifications.

The dimpled back panel of the smartphone does look interesting, considering that it is made of plastic, but the glossy finish will surely succumb to fingerprints and become a mess.

As for the rest of the handset, it is clearly all of about the specs:

  • We get a 4.7 inch 1280 x 720 pixel IPS display with 312 ppi
  • Inside there is an average quad-core, 1.2 GHz, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (64-bit) with 1 GB of RAM
  • The memory department consists of 8 GB of internal memory, which considering the Android KitKat software will take users nowhere since apps will only reside on the internal memory
  • OPPO has decided to generous and has delivered external storage via a micro SD card
  • There is an 8 MP camera on on the back and 5 MP unit up front
  • The handset comes with the usual radios and is powered by a 2000 mAh battery that can be charged pretty quickly

The OPPO Mirror 3 will be available in white, grey and black for a price tag of 5,990,000 Vietnamese Dong or about 17,000 INR, which is bit high for a smartphone with such specs.
