m-Indicator Mumbai For Windows Phone Gets A Big Update

App now includes Metro timings and more along with stability fixes.

 

If you travel via Mumbai’s public transport system for you daily work commute (especially the trains), you will in all probability have the m-Indicator app on your smartphone. The app delivers the most accurate timings when it comes to Mumbai’s rail network and even delivers alerts when there happens to be delays on the same. Well now the developers have finally delivered a big update for Windows Phone app that brings it on par with the Android one delivering Metro schedules, Ferry timings and a lot more.

The updated app will now help you get to the nearest station on time with the new Metro and Mono rail timings section. Also added are ferry timings and fares along with updated BEST and NMMT routes.

What has also been worked upon in this update tagged as “V 9.0 Ladybug”, is an improved railway map, bus search with connected routes and area-wise taxi stand numbers.

Indeed the Windows Phone app comes with the unique Modern UI that now works a lot smoother with the current update. It is nice to see developers bring Windows Phone apps on par with their Android counterparts and even deliver a similar level of functionality on them as well. The m-Indicator Android app was recently updated with similar sections and features on the 16th of July.
