iPhone 6 Panel Leaked: Change In Price And Launch Date Rumours

Apparently the iPhone 6 is currently undergoing 4G testing in China as well.

 

Apple iPhone 6 is clearly the hottest gadget in the rumour mill and the launch date has not been officially confirmed. There is another leak showing off the 4.7 inch screen panel and the Chinese media has allegedly even got hold of the upcoming iPhone’s price and a launch date that somehow falls in line with the previous rumours.

iFanr reports that the iPhone 6's display is certainly a lot thinner and bigger and is shown lying alongside the iPhone 5s panel. It also flattens out at the sides indicating that it will seamlessly fade into the rounded bezel. What is even more surprising is how these two will stand up against the massive 5.5 inch iPhone that Apple is rumoured to launch this year.

Hardware differences aside, there is even hotter news brewing amongst the Chinese media. For beginners, the 4.7 inch iPhone 6 will supposedly be priced at 5,288 Yuan, which translates to approximately Rs 50,800. The bigger 5.5 inch iPhone 6 will set you back by 5,998 Yuan which when converted to Indian monies, is roughly Rs 58,000. Yes, both handsets will indeed be cheaper or equally priced when compared to the current iPhone 5s.

But wait, there’s more. The 5.5 inch iPhone 6 will apparently be called the ‘iPhone Air’ which will in all probability be marketed as one the lightest phablets around. Moreover, the Chinese media also claims that the iPhone 6 is currently being tested and will officially be announced on the September 15 as opposed to the earlier rumoured launch date of Sept. 19 and is tipped to go on sale by Sept. 25.
