Marco Polo App Will Help You Find Your Misplaced iPhone

All you need to do is give a shout out and the device will respond.

 

Matt Wiechec, certainly misplaces his iPhone a lot, which why the developer made an app for finding misplaced iPhones and other iDevices. The app called Marco Polo (named after the great trader and explorer) will simply need you to shout out for your phone and the device will respond back, helping you locate it.

The app comes with the defaults set to “Marco” and “Polo”. All you need to do is download the app from iTunes, activate it and the app silently runs in the background. Next, if you happen to misplace your device, either in your couch or in another room, all you need to do is shout “Marco” and the device will respond by shouting back the word “Polo”. Eventually with a response, you will be able to locate your device.

Obviously the input phrase can be customised to your tastes as well. What’s cooler, is that the app can be installed on multiple devices with different call names and each device will respond back in a different way as it has been programmed. The app comes with 30 unique POLO voice recordings to customise how your device responds. The app is priced at Rs 60 and is compatible with your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
