Windows Phone users have plenty of options that lets them customise their phones, all thanks to Windows Phone 8.1. But now there is a cool new app that lets you take start screen customisation to the next level.

Since the very beginning, Microsoft has always allowed Windows Phone owners to customise their UI with a bunch of accent colours. These colour accents—even though quite a lot in number—still allow for a decent amount of customisation that goes pretty deep into the Windows Phone UI. Now thanks to Start Screen Customizer app, you can not only make custom tinted background for your start screen, but also add solid colour accents of your choice to your start screen tiles.

The app includes a colour picker that simply allows you to pick any colour of your choice and set it as a background for your start screen. It even includes a gradient option that will allow you to add light gradients giving your start screen a bit of depth. Also included is an Accent Image feature that allows you to change the RGB (Red, Green and Blue) values of an image in your phone and give it that hue to match your phones colour accent.
