Oppo To Challenge Nokia With Its 50 Megapixel Camera Phone

The Oppo Find 7 looks strong on paper, but will it deliver in real world scenario?

Thanks to the Red Dot Design Awards' website, we finally got a glimpse of Oppo’s next big flagship, the Find 7. Oppo has indicated in the past that there will be two versions of the Find 7. One with a 1920 x 1080 screen at a lower price and 2560 x 1440 pixel version with a much higher price. Of course, the pricier model is expected to sport a 50 MP camera unit.

Considering that this is a super-slim handset, it is obvious that this will be some kind of oversampling technology gone into it. If the camera samples leaked by the Italian website Webtrek.it are to be believed, the snapper produces great images.

Oppo seems to be really up to something here with the screen and the camera, not forgetting that stunning design as well. Good or bad, we will all know pretty soon as March turns out to be the month for a number of new flagship devices from HTC, Oppo and Nokia in April. If the images do turn out to be as good as they are right now, Nokia is in for some serious competition from Oppo.
