Huawei Ascend P1 Now Reaches India Shores, Available For Pre-Order

The smartphone features decent tech-specs, and is priced at Rs 13K.

 

Huawei's Ascend P1 that was launched a long time ago at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2012, has now reached Indian shores. The smartphone can now be officially pre-ordered, and sports a price tag of Rs 12,990. The Huawei Ascend P1 packs in an 8 MP camera, which is its USP.

It also boasts of the Dolby Surround Sound technology, which is known for its Movie Audio and 3D sound abilities. You can pre-book the Huawei Ascend P1 from online retailer Flipkart, and the key tech-specs of the device include:

  • 4.3" Super AMOLED  qhd touchscreen display having 540x960 pixels.
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
  • 1.5 GHz dual-core processor.
  • Single-SIM support.
  • 8 MP rear camera, a 1.3 MP front snapper.
  • 1 GB RAM.
  • 4 GB internal storage.
  • MicroSD card slot with support for up to 32GB.
  • 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, microUSB connectivity.
  • 1670 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Another phone to check out from the same brand is the Ascend G600 that is priced at Rs 14K (street price). It comes with a 4.5" display, Android 4.0, 8 MP rear camera, 768 MB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0, and a 1930 mAh battery.
