Timelapse Pro, which is available on Windows Phone 7.5 as well as Windows Phone 8 allows you to create time-lapse movies with your handset's camera. The app helps create spectacular movie effect by speeding up the passage of time.

The app allows you to set the time interval between two photos ranging from a few seconds to several hours, depending on your requirement. You can also choose photo size from VGA to the highest resolution supported by your mobile phone. Photos are taken at regular intervals for 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, or until the user stops the process. The results are saved as MPEG videos that play out the desired time-lapse effect at the normal frame rate of 10 FPS. The user can then decide to save the photos or upload it (to SkyDrive or Timelapse server to share with friends) as animated GIFs. Windows Phone 8 users can even create MPEG videos. And even though the app has a "Pro" in its name, it is completely free-to-use.
