Nokia T20 is now available in India

The starting price for the Nokia T20 is 15,499 and it is the first Android tablet Nokia has released with HMD Global.

 

Nokia T20 was released in India on Monday. This launch marks the first Android tablet Nokia has released with the brand licensee HMD Global. The tablet comes with an 8200 mAh battery with a capacity of 15 hours for Web browsing on a single charge and a 2K display. It also carries stereo speakers and dual microphones. Additionally, HMD Global promises to provide up to 3 years of monthly security updates and two years of free operating system upgrades. The tablet stands as a competitor to the Realme Pad in India, launched in September with a starting price of Rs. 13,999.

 

Nokia T20 price and availability in India

The starting price in India is Rs. 15,499 for the Wi-Fi-only variant in 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option. The 4GB + 32GB configuration in the Wi-Fi-only model is priced at Rs. 16,499, while the 4G model costs Rs. 18,499.

The tablet will go on sale through Nokia.com and in offline retail stores in India. It will also be available on Flipkart. With its purchase, customers will also get preloaded Spotify access and various finance offers through influential brands. 

The Nokia T20 was launched in Europe last month with a starting price of EUR 199 (roughly Rs. 17,200) for the Wi-Fi-only model.

 

Nokia T20 specifications

The tablet runs on Android 11, with a display of 10.4-inch 2K (2,000x1,200 pixels) and 400 nits of peak brightness. It is supported by an octa-core Unisoc T610 SoC, with up to 4GB of RAM. It has a 5MP selfie camera sensor at the front and an 8MP one at the back. For enhanced low-light results, there is an LED flash at the back. Further, the tablet has OZO Playback and stereo speakers. 

The Nokia T20 offers two storage options - 32GB and 64GB. There is also a microSD card slot for expanding the storage.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The tablet supports 15W fast charging.
