Huawei P20 Pro Smartphone With Triple Camera Setup Headed For India

Huawei’s ‘See Mooore’ invite suggests that its flagship smartphone P20 Pro with triple optics is all set to make an appearance in India. Expected to launch on April 24, the handset will reach the Indian shores almost a month after its debut in China.
 
 
The European prices of this camera beast smartphone has been set at EUR 899 (Rs 73,000 approx.). DxOMark cites the Huawei P20 Pro to be the best camera smartphone with an overall score of 109 beating the Samsung Galaxy S9+, Pixel 2XL, and iPhone X.
 
It sports vertically stacked lenses made by combination of Leica VARIO- SUMMILUX-H lenses with a 40-megapixel RGB sensor + 20-megapixel Monochrome + 8-megapixel Telephoto with 3x optical zoom. It can even record super slo-mo videos up to 960 fps just like the Samsung Galaxy S9. The rear design looks unique in the ‘Twilight Edition’ with a gradient blue and green hue. The front gets a massive 24-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor which would please selfie aficionados as it gets portrait mode coupled with portrait lighting.
 
 
The P20 Pro goes the notch way and a slim bezel at the bottom which houses home button that doubles up as a fingerprint sensor. It sports a full screen 6.1-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 2.5D curved display. The phone is fueled by an octa-core Kirin 970 processor, which also does duty on the previously launched Honor View 10.
 
The P20 Pro equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Other notable features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, Dolby Atmos and Stereo speakers. It runs on Android Oreo 8.1 and is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery to make this smartphone a complete package.
