10.or Launches Budget Friendly Smartphone In India

The newly launched company’s debut smartphone is priced at Rs 7,999.

 

10.or (pronounced Tenor) smartphones announced their debut in India today with the upcoming launch of 10.or E, which is available for purchase exclusively on Amazon.in, at a price tag of Rs 7,999.

The company claims that its product experience is built from insights curated from hundred of thousands of customer reviews on Amazon.in marketplace, and thus, the company touts the tagline “Defined by you, Created by us”.

Apparently, the 10.or E comes in two memory variants — 2 GB RAM + 16 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM, both priced at Rs 7,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively. Apart from that, the 10.or E comes with a 5.5 inch FHD Display screen, 4,000 mAh battery, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor.

The device runs on Android Nougat operating system out of the box, and is expected to soon receive Android Oreo update. The phones come with dual SIM and a dedicated memory slot that is expandable up to 128GB. It is manufactured by Huaqin Technology and will be exclusively available on Amazon.in.

On the camera end, the smartphone comes with a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP HD front camera. It also supports 4G VoLTE connectivity.

The 10.or E series will be available in two colours – Aim Gold and Beyond Black. The smartphones will come pre-loaded with Amazon experiences: Shopping, Kindle and Prime Video Apps; a daily Deals widget all tied together by a single-sign-on (SSO) during initial device set-up.
