Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Dummy Leaks; Promo Leaflet Reveal Specs

The dummy model clearly confirms the almost-bezelless display while the promo material confirms screen size and IP68 certification.

Just as we saw Samsung Galaxy Note 8 leaked on benchmarking websites AnTuTu and GFXBench, it looks like we now have some images showcasing a dummy model of the upcoming flagship device, claimed to be captured somewhere in China.

According to the images, we can see that the dummy model is pretty much accurate to the recently leaked press renders. We can see a less rounded design, dual rear camera module, and a glass back panel. These images also hint an almost bezel-less display that we have been hearing about for a while.

Apparently, while these images can definitely strike a sense of excitement among hardcore Samsung fans, GSMArena has recently reported about some leaked promotional materials of the device which pretty much confirms some of its technical specifications.

According to a leaflet, as shared on GSMArena, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be featuring a 6.3 inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display while it confirms also the IP68 certification. We can also see the S Pen in the leaflet.

It looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 8’s dual rear camera module would be featuring a telephoto sensor capable of 2x fixed optical zooming as well. However, we still do not know whether both the sensors are telephoto or only one among them.

Moving further, it looks like the smartphone would be available for purchase in Australia in only two color options — black and gold, well at least, to begin with. We have to wait until the smartphone is officially announced at a special event being held on Aug 23.
