Honor 8 Pro To Come At A Competitive Price Of Rs 29,999

For the price tag, it comes with pretty interesting features and is expected to easily compete against OnePlus 5.

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor seems to be all set to bring out the successor to the Honor 8 device, on July 6, in India, with impressive specifications, massive battery, and a dual rear camera setup.

While we already know about the smartphone’s technical details, and that it would be sold exclusively on Amazon India portal, the new thing that’s making noise is its price tag. Though not officially announced by Huawei yet, the price tag was leaked by Hindustan Times, and accordingly, it is said to be sold for Rs 29,999 for 6 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM variant.

Looking at the specs, we can clearly see that the Honor 8 Pro clearly competes against OnePlus 5, and in-fact, has more chances of winning as well, thanks to its extreme high-end specifications and fairly competitive price; way cheaper than OnePlus 5.

Technically speaking, the Honor 8 Pro comes with Huawei’s very own HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor clocked at 2.60 GHz paired with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM, along with a massive 4,000 mAh battery.

The device also sports a 5.7 inch Quad HD display and features a dual rear camera setup with two 12 MP sensors. On the front, the smartphone features an 8 MP sensor for capturing pretty neat selfies. It runs on Huawei’s EMUI 5.1 which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat and supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, GPS, and dual SIM. The smartphone will be sold in three color schemes — Pearl White, Midnight Black, and Navy Blue.
