The earphone comes with price tag of Rs 999, and is available in four assorted color options.

 

California based audio company 1More has launched its new Piston Fit In-Ear Headphones with microphone in India, which is being touted by the company as, one of the best under Rs 1,000 earphone.

The earphone comes in at Rs 999 and carries a 1 year warranty, and is available at Amazon.in and 1More India Web Store. It is available in 4 assorted colors — Deep Space Grey , Clear Lake Blue , Galaxy Silver and Rose Pink.

It features a frequency range of 20 - 20,000 Hz, sensitivity of 100 dB, and impedance of 32 Ohms, while it comes with a 1.25 m length of cable with in-line controls to make or receive calls and play or pause music.

According to a recent press release, the headphone cable is wrapped by Kevlar fibre, which is a form of body armor material, tough and durable, Tensile and pulling resistance, convenient storage. External part of cable is wrapped up with skin-friendly TPE material, which is also claimed to effectively reduce the friction caused by wire and clothing friction sound, thus making listening enjoyable.

The company further explains in the press release, “80% of the sound chamber is made of aluminium alloy, CD lining surface, highlighted drilling, hand-cut resistance C angled with 20 multi-channel precision metal craft. It also features anodised metal surface, and long-lasting paint.”
