iOS 11 Public Beta Now Being Rolled Out

The new public beta brings a couple of new and interesting features, though you may experience a few bugs here and there.

While the developer previews for both iOS 11 and macOS High Sierra were made available soon after the WWDC 2017, the company has today, rolled out the public beta for iOS 11, while macOS High Sierra is announced to soon get a public beta.

We all know that both iOS 11 and macOS High Sierra that were unveiled at WWDC 2017 bring a lot of new features with them, including improvised Siri, redesigned Control Centre, and iMessage integration to Apple Pay on iOS 11 along with new APFS system, Safari improvements, and much more on the macOS High Sierra.

You can get your hands on the iOS 11 public beta by simply signing in to the Apple Beta Software Program with your Apple iD, and enrolling your device. However, it is always recommended not to install the beta software on your primary iOS device.

Since the OS is still in the public beta phase, we may encounter a couple of bugs which may actually hinder your overall smartphone experience. However, need not worry, as you can easily un-enrol yourself from the public beta program whenever you want.

Adding more on the features found in iOS 11 public beta, you would be getting a ‘Do Not Disturb While Driving’ feature along with indoor mapping and other improvements to Apple Maps. Along with this, the App Store is also said to get a major redesign, thus making it look more like Apple Music.
