Yahoo Mail App Now Allows To Use Any Email Address

The new update allows users to access the app even through their Gmail, Outlook, or AOL email IDs.

Yahoo has recently announced that its mail app would now be allowing users to access even their Gmail, Outlook, and AOL email addresses.

According to a recent statement released by the company, users can tap on their email provider from the welcome screen and user either Gmail, Outlook, or AOL email address to actually create a Yahoo account. This would also allow Yahoo to sync your mails in the Yahoo Mail app itself.

Well, speaking about the new app, it is being said to be available in the App Store as version 4.15 and in Google Play Store as 5.15. It is also announced by the company - “the Yahoo Mail app team is always looking to create new features that help people stay organised - from customisable swipes and people-only notifications - to our recently announced top search results”

To recall, Yahoo had rolled out Caller ID and photo upload features on its Yahoo Mail app back in February, allowing users to know who has actually called up by updating names in call history and allowing users to access recent camera roll photos when using Yahoo Mail account on Desktop.
