Coolpad Launches Cool 1 In Two Variants In India

The pricing strategy is definitely unique as both 4 GB RAM and 3 GB RAM models come with same price tag.

 

Coolpad has today announced the launch of its Cool 1 Dual smartphone, jointly developed with LeEco, in India. The smartphone, to recall, was launched around three months ago in China and is part of the ‘Cool’ series.

The Coolpad Cool 1 would be available in India in two variants, and interestingly, both come with same price tag - Rs 13,999. While one variant will be available online through Amazon, another variant will be available through offline channels.

Interestingly, the online only model comes with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of ROM, while the offline only model features a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM.

On the camera end, the Cool 1 smartphone features a dual camera setup on the back that includes two 13 MP camera sensors, and along with this, users get an 8 MP front facing shutter.

The smartphone features a 5.5 inch FHD IPS display, while it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI 5.6 running on top of it. It is powered by Snapdragon 652 octa core processor. Backing all these features, comes a 4,000 mAh battery.
