Xiaomi Launches New Budget Mi Headphones

The new headphones come with built-in damping material and thus, reduce distortion and give us more clear details while listening to music.

 

Xiaomi has recently launched a new budget headphones dubbed as the Mi Headphones, available for a price of CNY 199. This roughly translates to around Rs 2,000, and currently the headphone is available only in China for purchase.

Apparently, the new budget Mi Headphones are said to be a light variant of the high-end headphones launched by the company last year for around CNY 499 (Rs 5,000).

Available in Mint, Orange, and White colours, the new budget Mi Headphones come with PU leather material in the earmuffs, while silicon material is used inside. According to company’s claims, the new Mi Headphones come with a ‘sound chamber design’ and thus, helps in eliminating outside noise.

Also, technically speaking, the new Mi headphones sport a built-in damping material which is said to absorb and reduce distortion and thus, give us more clear music details.

Having said this, it is also being talked about that the new Mi headphones have received Japan Hi-Res Audio high-quality audio product standard certification, according to a report on Gadgets360.
