AT&T To Roll Out Marshmallow Update To ZTE Zmax2

While other companies are getting ready to roll out Nougat update, ZTE Zmax2 users will now get Android Marshmallow update.

While many smartphone companies are rolling out Android Nougat update to their devices, here’s AT&T, all set to roll out a new update to its smartphone ZTE Zmax2, based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

The update is said to come with build number Z958V1.0.0B24, according to a report on GSMArena, and it is estimated to weigh around 1 GB in size. The update also brings Android security fixes for November.

Having said this, we already know that the roll out for the Android Marshmallow update is pretty damn late, considering other competitors. Apparently, it is being rolled over the air (OTA) gradually, which means that by the time the update hits your device, there are chances that it may be a little more delayed.

If at all you cannot wait until the update rolls out to your device automatically, we suggest you to head to the update section and check for the latest updates. If you find it, make sure that you are connected to WiFi, and you have at least 60 per cent battery power in your device. Else, connect it to a charger and download the update, and install it.
