Zuk Edge Officially Launched In China

The smartphone comes with a price tag of CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 24,500) for the 6 GB RAM variant.

After being speculated and leaked for a while, the Zuk Edge smartphone is finally official now, in China. Lenovo has launched the smartphone in the Chinese market, with sales to start from Jan 1, 2017.

Having said this, the smartphone would be available in two color schemes: Ceramic White and Titanium Crystal Black. And, as far as the official specifications are concerned, the Zuk Edge comes with a 2.3 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with a 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.

The Zuk Edge also features a 5.5 inch FHD display, much like how it was speculated earlier, with a Corning Gorilla Glass protection, and a U Touch fingerprint sensor that reminds us of the Zuk Z2 Plus.

Running on Android 7.0 Nougat based ZUI 2.5, the smartphone also comes with a dual SIM card support, and a 13 MP rear camera with 1.34 micron pixel Samsung ISOCELL sensor, and an 8 MP front facing camera with a 1.12 micron pixel sensor.

Additionally, just like the Z2 Plus, the Zuk Edge comes with built-in blood oxygen heart rate sensor. Other features include pneumatic altimeter and UV light sensor.
