Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 Now Available In India For INR 17,999

The smartphone comes with a 5.5 inch 2.5D display screen and features a 4,100 mAh battery.

 

Asus has today announced the availability of its newly launched smartphone, the Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 with model number ZC553KL for a price of INR 17,999. The smartphone that comes with a 5.5 inch 2.5D contoured glass touchscreen is now available on all major e-commerce portals and select retail outlets.

The smartphone was launched with the 5.2 inch variant that went on for sale early itself for INR 12,999.

Speaking about the Zenfone 3 Max 5.5, it features a sandblasted full-metal, aluminium alloy body while a 4,100 mAh battery is claimed to offer up to 38 days of standby time on 4G, and around 17 hours of talk time on 3G. It also doubles up as a fast-charge power bank for charging other devices.

The device also comes with an in-box USB OTG cable for reverse charging, file transfers as well as to connect to USB peripherals.

For optimal performance, the smartphone also offers five selectable power modes that enable users to regulate their usage according to their specific needs - Performance mode, Normal mode, Power saving mode, Super Saving mode and Customized mode.

On the camera end, the smartphone comes with an 8MP and 16 MP camera modules on front and back respectively. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 64 bit octa core processor.
