Alcatel Idol 4S Makes Way With VR Headset

The smartphone is claimed to be world’s first Windows powered smartphone that comes with VR Google Package.

 

Alcatel Idol 4S smartphone has finally been launched as per the schedule that was announced earlier. The device is being sold via T-Mobile carried for USD 469.99 in the US, which roughly translates to around INR 32,000.

Powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor, the smartphone features a 5.5 inch FHD display, while a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage comes as an added advantage. The smartphone’s camera is made up of 21 MP rear sensor and an 8 MP front shooter, while a 3,000 mAh battery helps the device to stay alive for at least a day with mid-heavy usage.

Running on Windows, the smartphone also supports Windows Continuum that helps users to work on the smartphone as if they would work on a regular PC. Along with this, users also get a VR headphone with the smartphone, though it is expected to come in limited quality, and for a limited time.

To add in more details, the Idol 4S is said to be the world’s first smartphone that come with Windows operating system and VR Google Package.

Also, it is being said that, users will be getting a limited 45 day trial subscription of Hulu, 60 day trial subscription of Groove Music, along with a free copy of Halo: Spartan Assault game.
