Asus Launches Two ZenFone 3 Max Variants In India

The 5.2-inch version is pegged at Rs 13,000, whereas the 5.5-inch variant cots Rs 18,000.

 

Asus has unveiled two Max variant of its ZenFone 3 in India. Both these handsets feature a metal unibody design. First up, the ZenFone 3 Max (ZC520TL) features a 5.2-inch HD screen. It is powered by MediaTek's MT6737T chipset. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. In the photography department, you get a 13-megapixel rear camera. For selfies, there's a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. Other features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and A-GPS. The Asus ZenFone 3 Max (ZC520TL) is priced at Rs 13,000.



The other variant, the ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) features a relatively bigger 5.5-inch Full-HD screen. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 SoC (BSystem on Chip). The phone comes with 3 GB of RAM and has 32 GB internal storage. As opposed to the ZC520TL, this pricey variant boasts of a 16-megapixel rear camera. Selfie camera too gets upgraded to 8-megapixel. Other than that you get the usual connectivity features such as 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and A-GPS.



Interestingly both the handset pack-in a 4100 mAh battery. According to the Taiwanese manufacturer, the 5.2-inch variant will offer 20 hours of 3G talk time. On the other hand, the one with bigger screen will see you through 17 hours of 3G talk time before needing to be recharged.
