Xiaomi Launches Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones With IPx4 Rating

The new earphones by the Chinese smartphone maker is expected to provide around 7 hours of audio playtime on a single charge.

 

Chinese smartphone company XIaomi has recently launched a new earphone under the ‘Sports’ edition dubbed as the ‘Mi Sports’ with a price tag of around CNY 149, which roughly translates to INR 1,500. The new Bluetooth earphone is said to be available from Nov 11.

Speaking about the new pair of sports earphones, it comes with Bluetooth v4.1 support and users can connect up to two devices to it at the same time. The earphone is also said to be splash resistant as it comes with IPx4 rating. This means that athletes or other sports lovers need not worry about their sweat while using this earphone.

With an in-ear design, the Mi Sports bluetooth earphones come with a loop design that helps users to keep the earphone wrapped around their ears even while they are working out or playing their favourite sport.

The earphone also comes with a 110 mAh battery that is expected to provide around 7 hours of audio play time.  Also, a recent report in Gadgets 360 says that the company has claimed to have tested out the new earphones and it seems to work in a good condition even in extreme environments. Users also get different ear caps in different sizes and shapes with the Mi Sports earphone.
