Prisma iOS App Now Supports Videos

The feature is currently available on iOS devices and is soon expected on Android smartphones and tablets.

Ever since Prisma came out, many other filter apps have been rolled out with video support. However, most of the Prisma users were not lucky enough, as they were able to only add these unique filters to the images and share them on the social network. But, time's changed now. Prisma has finally announced support for videos on its iOS application.

Prisma app is capable of processing videos of up to 15 seconds length and add around 9 different filters, as of now. And, much like how you can add filters to images, the app allows you to add filters on videos through offline mode too. The developer has also added that they would be supporting more filters for the videos soon in the coming days.

While this feature is already on its way to iOS, Android users still seem to be a little unlucky. Though the Android roll out is expected soon, iOS users ared the first ones to get this.

Speaking about the video support, the 15 seconds of duration is actually expected to depend on the hardware specifications of the device you are using.

While Prisma is popularly known for its use of artificial intelligence in creating artistic masterpieces out of a regular photograph, we expect the video support to definitely bring more and more artistic videos on YouTube!

Having said that, here is a video that might actually give you a fair idea as to how these artistic videos would look like.
