Zomato Rolls Out In-App Chat Feature

The feature works completely real-time allowing users to chat with the customer support about everything from status of order to refund status.

 

Zomato has recently rolled out its new in-app chat feature that allows users to chat with customer support while ordering the food.

Using this feature, you can ask any questions you have or even share feedback directly to the customer support anytime between 9 AM and 11 AM IST.

The feature is said to be available across all Indian cities. Interestingly, the chat feature is also available in UAE.

While this feature is currently time based, the company has plans of making it available round the clock.

Also, this feature comes in partnership with Konotor, a mobile-first user engagement platform that provides the in-app chat feature a real-time effect.

With this feature, users can now track the food they have ordered, get information on promos, refund status or even cancel order.
