Wickedleak Launches Wammy Titan 5 With 3GB RAM & 4,165 mAh Battery

The smartphone comes with a similar price tag of Rs 14,990 just as the Titan 4 was launches in Feb this year.

 

Wickedleak has recently launched a new smartphone dubbed as the Wammy Titan 5 that comes with a price tag of Rs 14,990.

The smartphones features a 5.5 inch display as compared to the predecessor's 5 inch display while being powered by a 64 bit 1.4 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6753M processor coupled with 3 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It is also worth noting that the Wammy Titan 4 comes with a 2 GB RAM while the price point is similar to the company's latest Wammy Titan 5.

On the camera front, the dual SIM smartphone comes with a 13 MP rear camera along with a 5 MP front facing camera. The USP of the rear camera is that, it comes with a Samsung K3L2 CMOS sensor along with a flash to power-up the low-light photography.

The Wammy Titan 5 comes with a 16 GB of in-built storage which can expanded via microSD card upto 128 GB and supports connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, HotKnot and MicroUSB with OTG support.

Having said this, the Wammy Titan 5 comes with a whopping 4,165 mAh battery although it is surprisingly not bigger than the 5,330 mAh battery that comes with the predecessor Titan 4.

The Wammy Titan 5 also supports ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope.

While the price point and the specifications seems to be pretty impressive, the smartphone company has also announced that it would be offering cashback up to Rs 8,000 in partnership with a few telecom and app companies.

Finally, it is worth noting that the smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
