While Amazon calls it ‘Great Indian Sale’, Flipkart has christened it as ‘The Big Freedom Sale’. Interestingly, both these festivals have already kickstarted on Aug 9 and will run all the way until Aug 12.

While these two players are doing their best to woo their customers with lucrative offers, other shopping sites like Paytm Mall and Snapdeal also have updated their websites with some irresistible offers. Here’s what we feel worthy enough to have a look at:

Amazons Great Indian Sale

During the four-day fest, the e-commerce major is offering up to 35 percent off on smartphones, up to 40 percent off on Power banks and headphones, and electronic appliances will be getting up to 50 percent discount. The company has also announced that customers can avail up to 70 percent discount on Home and Kitchen appliances. However, the best offer that struck our mind in this sale is a deal that offers up to 35 percent off on iPhones, including iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Apparently, HTC recently made an announcement of its Independence Day bundle of HTC VIVE headset at a discounted price of Rs 87,990, exclusively on Amazon India. The company has also further mentioned that it would be giving away a Steam gift card worth Rs 3,000 along with a month’s free subscription of Viveport.

Flipkart Freedom Day Sale

Moving forward, this competitive sale by Flipkart also manages to gain our attention as the key highlight is Xiaomi Redmi Note 4’s 72 hours of open sale. During this period, users can also avail an extra Rs 1,000 off while exchanging their old phones. Also, in this sale, Flipkart has put up a new category ‘Largest Democracy, Legendary Deals’ where it offers at least 70 percent of some products. Flipkart is also offering some interesting discounts on Moto M, Moto G5 Plus, K6 Power, and Google Pixel XL. The Pixel XL’s offer is the one that attracted us the most. It is available for Rs 48,999 in the Flipkart sale.

Paytm Mall ‘Independence Day Sale’

Recently, Paytm took the market on storm when it offered huge discounts on many smartphones and other products during the Pre-GST sale. However, it looks like, the company is back again for the Independence Day Sale, offering huge discounts on smartphones and laptops. Apple iPhone 7 32 GB variant is said to be available for Rs 48,735, with an extra 18 percent cash back. This should almost give a discount of an additional Rs 8,000. On the other hand, Apple and Lenovo laptops are being sold with heavy cash back offers ranging up to 20,000. The same seems to be the case with TVs and Washing Machine. Other products with huge deals include DSLRs and headphones.

Snapdeal Independence Day Offers

Snapdeal has recently updated its homepage with some impressive discounts on open-box mobile phones, power banks, and mobile cases with up to 80, 40, and 50 percent off respectively. Also, other electronic gadgets including headphones, LED TVs, and Pendrives get up to 70 percent off. While no specific details have been mentioned by the e-commerce portal, these numbers definitely excite us.
