Ubisoft Announces Highly Desirable Assassin's Creed Heritage Collection

Includes five games for PS3, X360, and PC; will be available on November 8.

It's time for yet another series cash in, and this time it's Ubisoft's favourite cash cow Assassin's Creed. With a main trilogy and two other series additions under the belt, Ubisoft has released a compilation pack that includes all these games. Dubbed as the Assassin's Creed Heritage Collection, the compendium includes Assassin's Creed I, II, and III, in addition to Brotherhood and Revelations.

This makes perfect sense for the people who haven't yet played the Assassin's Creed games. Or more realistically, for all the broke college kids who pirated the games back then and now have jobs, money, and the requisite guilt to pay back what they stole from Ubisoft. The collection is priced at Rs 3,000 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, and will be available from November 8. The PC version has been listed as well, but the price hasn't been confirmed yet.

Here's the lowdown on the what the collection contains:

  • Assassin’s Creed®: Draw your blades as Syrian Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La’Ahad during the Third Crusade.
  • Assassin’s Creed® II (Game of the Year Edition): Lead your Brotherhood as Ezio Audtiore in the Italian Renaissance, also containing the Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities DLCs.
  • Assassin’s Creed® Brotherhood: Set-up your Assassin Brotherhood in Rome to overthrow the Borgia Family.
  • Assassin’s Creed® Revelations: Follow in the footsteps of the legendary Altaïr in Constantinople to close the Renaissance Trilogy.
  • Assassin’s Creed® III: Challenge the Templar’s supremacy as Connor throughout the American Revolution.
