Rapoo H3070 Wireless Headset Launched At Rs 5000

Rapoo has launched its H3070 wireless headset in India, as per a press release. This on-the-ear or supra-aural type headset is bundled with a wireless transmitter that connects to any audio source with a 3.5 mm jack. This transmitter is paired with the headset over 2.4 GHz radio frequency (RF).

It boasts of anti-jamming capability, which essentially means that it will automatically select the best channel to avoid interference from other RF sources. There is also a 3.5 mm to USB cable provided along with the headset that allows it to be used even when the device runs out of battery power. It is also mentioned that the omnidirectional microphone works only in USB mode, which is something that is not yet clear.

The range of the headset is mentioned as 8 m, which is sufficient for most purposes even if we halve it to a conservative estimate. Once fully charged, the battery is said to last for up to 6 hours. The headset appears to be lightweight from the photos. Available in blue, grey, and black, this headset is available for Rs 5000, which is quite expensive.
