Meizu A5 Listed On Company’s Website For CNY 699

Meizu has recently announced the launch of its new smartphone dubbed as the A5 which is already listed on the company’s official website in China for a price tag of CNY 699. This translates to around Rs 6,700 approximately.

Technically speaking, the Meizu A5 comes with MediaTek MT6737 processor, 5 inch HD display, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, while the camera department is made up of an 8 MP sensor on the back panel and a 5 MP front facing camera.

The device listing mentions its measurements as 144 x 70.5 x 8.3 mm and weight as 140g, while the battery packed inside is of 3,060 mAh capacity. This can easily last a day under medium-heavy usage.

On the connectivity options, the Meizu A5 comes with 4G VoLTE support, WiFi, and Bluetooth. And, it is said to be available for purchase in three color schemes — black, gold, and silver.

While the company has not yet announced anything about the Meizu A5’s availability in India, mysmartprice.com has recently listed the device on its website for Rs 6,600 quoting it as the expected price. However, we may have to actually wait for the company to make an announcement in this regard. According to mysmartprice.com listing, the Launch Date in India is August 31, 2017.
