Nikon Launches D3400 With SnapBridge Connectivity In India
The new DSLR comes with SnapBridge connectivity to easily transfer all photos instantly to your smart devices.

Nikon has recently announced the launch of a new DSLR in India, dubbed the D3400, which comes with two telephoto zoom lenses.
The new entry-level DX-format DSLR is said to be capable of easily connecting with smart devices, via SnapBridge, using a built-in Bluetooth low energy technology that automatically transfers all photos taken with the camera.
This eliminates the need to manually reconnect the camera to a smart device for each image transfer and connection is maintained even when the camera is turned off.
Commenting on the launch Mr. Kazuo Ninomiya, Managing Director, Nikon India Pvt Ltd. said, "For the always-connected user the D3400 is an excellent introduction to D-SLR photography. It combines best of both worlds and will allow users to innovate with excellent image quality and also enjoy connectivity on the go with their smart devices to upload and share images."
"With SnapBridge connectivity via a built-in Bluetooth low energy technology, D3400 will allow users to transfer all pictures clicked with the camera to a smart device
automatically. Users will no more need to manually pair the devices each time to select and transfer images, thus making on-the- go share possible even with a D-SLR. On the picture quality front, D3400 integrates a DX-format CMOS sensor which will lead to sharper images in spite of low light conditions," said Mr. Sajjan Kumar, Senior Vice President- Corporate Sales and Strategy, Nikon India Pvt Ltd.
Other features that come with the D3400 include active D-lighting, Picture Control functionality, while it comes with various modes including single, continuous, quite, remote, and self-timer. The DSLR comes with a 24 MP CMOS image sensor and can capture image in RAQ (.NEF) file format.
The camera comes with an in-built flash and is capable of recording videos in full HD resolution at 60 fps.
