QiKU To Launch Its First Smartphone In India Soon

The smartphone dubbed as 'Terra' was launched in China a couple of weeks ago and is now all set to be launched in India by the end of this month.

 

After launching its high-end smartphone 'Terra' in China, the smartphone manufacturer QiKU is finally all set to launch the smartphone in India this month.

The launch of QiKU Terra in India is said to be marking the company's entry into the country.

The smartphone comes with a 6 inch QHD display while being powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64 bit octa core processor coupled with a 4 GB of RAM. Along with this, the smartphone's internal memory is said to be a whopping 64 GB, however, no information about the microSD card slot has been provided by the company.

Speaking about the camera section of the QiKU Terra, it comes with a dual camera setup on the back of the smartphone, both being 13 MP sensors while the front facing camera comes with an 8 MP sensor.

The smartphone also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the back while the 3,700 mAh battery powers the device.

On the other hand, the company is also expected to bring another variant of the smartphone which is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808, 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of in-built storage.

However, other details are said to remain the same including the camera.

QiKU is a joint venture being run by Qihoo 360 and Coolpad.

Having said this, the company has not yet provided any details about the price and availability of the smartphone in India.
