Panasonic Launches Toughbook CF-54 In Three Variants

These new variants of the notebook come with Intel Core i5 processor and 4 GB RAM for Entry and Mid level models, and 8 GB RAM for Premium model.

 

Panasonic Launches its new version of Toughbook CF-54 notebook in the semi-rugged market. It comes with a Intel Core i5 - 7300U vPro processor under the hood with flexible configuration and port areas.

The notebook features a 14 inch display that comes in three different resolution options including HD, Full HD, and Full HD with capacitive multi-touch touchscreen. With this information, it is worth noting that the notebook comes in three different variants (Entry, Mid and Premium model), and all these three models come with Windows 10 Pro operating systems.

The Entry model (HD without Touchscreen) comes with 4GB of RAM (Max. 32GB) and 500GB HDD as standard (128GB /256GB SSD optional), the Mid model (Full HD without Touchscreen) comes with 4GB of RAM (Max. 32GB) and 256GB SSD as standard (128GB SSD optional), and the Premium model (Full HD with Touchscreen) comes with 8GB of RAM (Max. 32GB) and 256GB SSD as standard (128GB SSD optional).

Camera options include a 2 megapixel webcam ensuring video communications can be carried out in any location or environment. The device also has an optional backlit keyboard for easy operation in the dark.

The flexible configuration area of the latest generation device offers DVD or 2nd battery or Smartcard reader or PC card. The flexible configuration port can be a 2nd LAN or d-GPS or 4th USB 2.0 or rugged USB.
