The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Gets A Rs 16,000 Price Tag

The stylish handset features a dated Snapdragon 400 processor.

HTC has launched its Desire 10 Lifestyle smartphone in India. It design is seems inspired by the Taiwanese brand's flagship HTC 10. However, it swaps the metal body in favour of plastic. It does sport a metal frame for rigidity though.

The Desire 10 Lifestyle comes with a 5.5-inch HD screen with Corning's Gorilla Glass. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 400 chipset. Now, that's quite an old chip, which was used in the 2nd generation Moto G. The Desire 10 LifeStyle comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. There's also a 3 GB RAM variant with 32 GB storage to tag along. Both variants support up to 2 TB microSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED Flash. For selfies, there's a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper.

As far as connectivity is concerned, this dual-SIM handset supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and A-GPS (Assisted GPS). The handset packs-in a 2700 mAh battery. The phone is Dolby certified and brings HTC's BoomSound enhancements to the table. In terms of software, the Desire 10 Lifestyle runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Of course, you get HTC's highly customised user interface on top. Compared to other manufacturers, HTC's UI is quite pleasant to look at. The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is priced at Rs 16,000. It will be available for purchase starting tomorrow.
