Since it's supposed to be portable, this Genius USB Flash Drive comes with a nice leather carry pouch, for starters. To start using it, the drive has to be plugged into the Universal Serial Bus (USB) port at the back of your PC. (Most motherboards in the last couple of years have been shipped with at least a couple of USB ports, so chances of you having trouble with finding a USB port on your PC, are slim).
The Genius Drive comes with an USB extension cable, so plugging it in is easy. Once plugged in, the drive is automatically detected by Windows. If you are using Windows 9x then you will have to install drivers, which have been provided in the accompanying CD (the CD also has utilities to format the flash drive...). If you're using Windows 2000/XP, then you don't even have to bother with installing drivers.The build quality of this drive is just about average. It's got an LED indicator, which turns on every time you plug it in. Coping data on to the Genius Drive seems almost as fast as copying data to a normal hard drive, and the read/write speeds claimed by the manufacturer seem to be about right. We ran SISoft Sandra and got Buffed read/write speeds of 902 kb/s and 569 kb/s respectively.

The one advantage this drive has, is that it provides for secure storage - the drive is password-protected. But it can also work against you! In case you happen to lose the password, which you use to access the drive, there is a utility provided for you to change the password. But in the process, you will lose all data, so beware!
The Genius drive can also be used as a boot disk, with the help of Mformat (the same utility which you get on the accompanying CD, and which you also use to format the drive). So if/when you need to, you can replace the old, slow Floppy Drive with this. After enabling 'First Boot Device' as USB - ZIP, you will be able to boot using the Genius Drive.
Sheer brilliance?The Genius Drive is a useful product, especially for those who get a lot done while on the run. With these Flash drives, the days of carrying various files in a dozen floppies, and at the end of the day finding that half of all those floppies are "corrupted", might finally be over! After all, 32 megs of storage is certainly better than 1.44MB.
In addition to this 32MB version, the drive is also available in other capacities, ranging from 16MB to 1GB. The Genius USB Flash Drive 32MB, from Frontech, is priced at Rs.2600, which is expensive. Sure, it is convenient, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently, but if only it cost a thousand rupees less, it would be the perfect accompaniment to your road warrior kit. Hi, I've got a Touchmate 128MB USB MP3 player. Suddenly it got corrupt or something went wrong with it that it shows 0 MB. It gets detected but there is no space. Kindly suggest for the same. Its not under warranty.

Ps...If u gonna buy any USB in the near future i recommend EagleTec's 2.0 256, 128,or 512, surberb. i reckon as long as its 2.0, it should be fine, coz i got few USB's and one that doesnt have the 2.0 which is that Imation is stuffed up, what you think guys?....im not an expert.

People this product SUCKS, don't buy it, serious, it has a unstable disk surface, eg. it corrupts easily... The format issue is VERY baaad! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! believe me
