Cartoon Network's popular, challenging, and exciting games can now also be played on Zapak.com. The list includes some of the most loved and iconic Cartoon Network toon stars such as Johnny Bravo, Code Name Kids Next Door, Dexter's Laboratory, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd N Eddy, amongst others.
As per the latest I cube 2007 data, on a yearly average, kids in India spend 21% of their time on the Internet for entertainment, which is up from 18% in 2006. Activities such as online gaming, video, etc. have increased the share of entertainment from 8% in 2006 to 13% in 2007.
Another survey, New Generations 2007 - Cartoon Network's pioneering and patented kids' lifestyle survey, shows that gaming has emerged as the number one Internet activity for kids with 45% votes. Also, the Internet user base in India has grown by 40% to reach 46 million, with youth driving Internet usage and school going kids constituting approximately 14% of users.
Currently, over twenty Cartoon Network games are available on Zapak, while the website commit to have over 40 Cartoon Network action-adventure packed online games soon. These games can be accessed here
In addition, Cartoon Network has enhanced its website with new features such as video-on-demand, user-generated content, blogs, message boards and gaming functions.
